Company History

Pirozzi Management was established in 1964. Our real estate management and development company commenced operations with the development of several residential apartment buildings in Forest Hills, Queens. After construction on these properties was completed, the company served as sponsor and took on all of the managerial duties of the properties. To this day, Pirozzi Management continues to service many of the buildings. Around twenty years following construction, Pirozzi Management oversaw the conversion of its buildings from rental apartments to co-operative living. Through the years, we have seen every incarnation of our buildings and been at the very center of it. Since developing and managing our initial properties in Queens, we expanded our reach to include Nassau County as well as other areas of Queens.

 

 

 

For over 50 years, Pirozzi Management has been a full service property management and real estate management company as well as the sponsor of several co-operative residential apartment buildings. As a management company, we focus on each building’s financial activities, mend problems with shareholders and renters, collect maintenance income, and improve all aspects of the building. We are also responsible for the supervision of the premises. As a sponsor, we focus on solving problems with our tenants, collecting rental income, and working with management to improve the building’s overall well-being.

 

 

 

The goal of Pirozzi Management is to ensure high quality real estate management service in all aspects of the properties we oversee. Pirozzi Management strives to make the lives of everyone in our buildings as easy as possible, while making sure that the co-op is in proper financial standing and physical condition.

 

 

We have remained a small and personal company. The purpose of such an operation is so that all employees are familiar with each building and that personal service is given to everyone who needs it. We take pride in the fact that when someone calls our office, they hear a voice and not a computerized recording. As much as a resident, or a creditor, likes to hear our voice, we like to hear theirs as well. We maintain close contact with Board, staff and residents. By offering a multitude of services with a personalized touch, we guarantee that your property runs like clockwork.
